Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that some products, including large or specialty items, may require additional handling time. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email at sales@nationfireplace.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Certain oversized or heavy items (such as fireplaces, fire pits, or outdoor heating equipment) are shipped via freight carriers.
- Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling
- Delivery is typically made to the curbside
- An adult must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
Additional delivery services (such as inside delivery or liftgate service) may be available upon request, depending on the carrier.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking numbers are typically active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nationfireplace.com.
- Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection
- We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue
Nation Fireplace will assist customers in resolving shipping issues to ensure a fair outcome.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nation Fireplace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
