30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After this 30-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@nationfireplace.com. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return authorization. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@nationfireplace.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
