The Empire Tahoe Luxury 36" Zero Clearance Direct Vent Gas Fireplace combines premium heating performance, realistic fireplace details, and convenient comfort features in a classic design. Suitable for use as a primary or supplemental heat source, the DVX36 delivers up to 35,000 BTUs with natural gas or 30,000 BTUs with propane. With efficiency ranging from 60 to 80 percent, its direct vent system separates room air from combustion air for dependable operation and effective residential heating.

The Tahoe Luxury 36 features ceramic glass for improved heat transfer and a highly detailed 13-piece log set that creates the appearance of a traditional wood-burning fireplace. Empire's larger Slope Glaze Excess Burner produces a fuller glowing ember bed, a rich flame presentation, and greater heat output than a comparably sized Tahoe Premium model. A dimmer-controlled accent light inside the firebox enhances the log set and flames, creating an inviting atmosphere even when additional lighting is desired.

An automatic blower helps circulate warm air throughout the living space for improved comfort and heat distribution. Available with Millivolt or Intermittent Pilot ignition, the Tahoe Luxury Series also offers configurations with Multi-Function remote control for convenient operation. Many systems can continue providing heat during a winter power outage.
