The Superior 7SPFS Firestop Spacer is designed to provide safe and code-compliant clearance protection for 7-inch diameter chimney systems where they pass through floors or ceiling assemblies. This essential component helps maintain proper separation from combustible materials, reducing fire risk while ensuring a stable and properly aligned chimney installation in residential wood-burning applications.
Built for durability and ease of installation, the 7SPFS features a Snap-Lock tab connection design for quick, secure assembly. It is constructed with a 430 stainless steel inner flue and outer casing, continuous laser-welded seams, and 1-1/2" ceramic fiber blanket insulation for reliable heat resistance and long-term performance. Certified to UL 103HT and ULC-S629 standards, it is rated for 2100°F intermittent use and 1000°F continuous operation, and maintains a 2-inch clearance to combustibles.
