The Outdoor GreatRoom Company 40" Ready-to-Finish Single-Sided Gas Fireplace offers a customizable solution for outdoor living spaces. Built with G90 marine-grade galvanized steel framing and Fiberock® backerboard, this unit is designed for durability and easy finishing with stone, tile, or stucco.

At its core is a stainless steel-lined firebox with a powerful Crystal Fire® Plus linear burner producing up to 80,000 BTUs (LP/NG), paired with a Direct Spark Ignition system for quick and reliable lighting. The fireplace includes pre-installed vents, control panel cut-out, and tempered glass wind guard panels for added safety and wind protection.

Perfect for both propane and natural gas applications, this model includes a concealed compartment for a standard 20 lb. LP tank and ships in one piece for installations 8 feet or less. UL listed and made in the USA using globally sourced components, it's an ideal foundation for a custom-built fireplace feature.
