Our Price Match Promise
If you find the same product offered at a lower price by an authorized U.S. retailer, we will do our best to match that price.
All price match requests must be approved before purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be identical (same brand, model number, size, color, and specifications)
• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. dealer
• The product must be new, unused, and in stock at the competitor’s website
• The price must be publicly listed and verifiable
Exclusions
We do not price match the following:
• Auction or marketplace sites (including eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace)
• Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or open-box items
• Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, or limited-time promotions
• Membership-only or private sale pricing
• Pricing errors or misprints
How to Request a Price Match
Before placing your order, email us at:
Include the following information:
• Product name and model number
• Link to the competitor’s listing
• Screenshot of the competitor’s price
We will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
Limitations
Nation Fireplace reserves the right to:
• Verify competitor’s pricing and stock availability
• Limit the number of price match requests per customer
• Deny requests that do not meet our policy requirements
Final Notice
Price match requests submitted after purchase are not eligible for adjustment.
Nation Fireplace reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
